Sze Chuan Mala Butter Prawns
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
70ml cooking sake
300g Prawns
3 tbsp Meraki Sze Chuan Mala Butter, cold
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Chili flakes, optional
Method
- Cover and cook till prawn is mostly cooked and reddish.
- Remove lid and cook for 3min to fully cook prawns and to reduce liquid in pan.
- Remove from heat and stir in cold Mala butter to emulsify into prawn juices. Garnish with chili flakes and serve.
