Care Instructions
For Butter Blocks:
- Upon receiving your butters, we recommend you place it in the freezer for 1 hour, since it has been out and about it may have softened.
- Thereafter, you may choose to store it in a chiller (under 2°C) or continue to leave it in the freezer.
- If you're planning to have the butters over a few occasions, we recommend unwrapping the butters, and transferring them in an air-tight container of choice (Tupperware works well). This is because the baking paper does not hold well with multiple use.
- Always use a clean knife to cut the butters to prevent cross-contamination.
- We recommend leaving out the butters at room temperature for 15 mins before using.
- All our butters are made-to-order fresh, and have a shelf life of 2 months when stored in recommended conditions.
For Jars:
- Upon receiving, store it in the chiller (under 2°C).
- Use a clean and dry spoon to remove desired amount, keeping in mind to prevent cross-contamination.
- If butters are too hard to cut through, leave the jar at room temperature for 10 mins before trying again.
- All our butters are made-to-order fresh, and have a shelf life of 2 months when stored in recommended conditions.
