  A brackish blend that draws intensity from three different kinds of seaweeds and kelp, this newest addition to the Meraki family exudes light, salty earthiness that pairs beautifully with breads, croissants and bagels.

• Foie Gras Sake Butter (Premium +$8)
  Indulge in this rich blend of savoury foie gras balanced with delicate notes of Japanese sake. Spread a thick layer of this luxurious butter over crostini, and serve them as hors d'oeuvres at your next dinner party.

• Stout Caramel Butter (Premium +$2)
  

  For a limited time only, we're making available this much-anticipated, luscious flavour that debuted during our soft-launch. The darkness of stout brings balance to the sweet toasty flavours of caramel - promising deep malty notes to any dessert dish you pair it with.

• Salted Egg with Curry Leaves Butter
  One of the most well-loved local flavours, our very own version is crafted with salted egg yolks, dehydrated curry leaves and a playful kick of spice.
  
  
• Sze Chuan Mala Butter
  Tangy peppercorns, chilli peppers and fragrant spices brought together in a delicious buttery blend. Packs a punch, but not overwhelmingly so.

• Kombu Butter
  Made from Japanese kelp, premium shoyu and a little bit of magic - this true classic imparts a deep umami flavour that makes it great as a spread and awesome to cook with.

Our upcoming Pre-Order: Meraki Butters operates on pre-order basis. Oct’24 Pre-orders are now open till 11 Oct (Fri). Choose between:

• Self-collection: Collect from Firestone Bakery between 18-20 Oct (Fri - Sun), 10am - 8pm.
• Delivery: Have it delivered on either 18 or 19 Oct (Fri / Sat). Delivery is $10 for minimum spend of $45, otherwise $15 per location.
